About the Role


Hi, SLPAs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists Assistants (SLPAs) for a school-based position in Summerville, SC (near Charleston, SC) . You'll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced and new SLPAs.

What You'll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting under supervision of an SLP
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and maintain communication with supervising SLP

What We're Looking For

• Valid South Carolina State SLPA license (or ability to obtain, for example, having an out of state SLPA license)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
