FSP Associate Contract Specialist/Contract Specialist

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a contract specialist to prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements with clinical research sites. The remote role involves managing site relationships, analyzing contractual risks, and ensuring compliance with company processes across clinical trial operations.

Responsibilities Draft, execute, and process contracts with clinical study sites and principal investigators Negotiate investigator budgets and contractual terms within approved parameters Establish and maintain professional relationships with assigned research sites Monitor contractual progress and coordinate stakeholder reviews of negotiation issues Ensure finalized documents are uploaded to eTMF systems within required timelines Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification 2 years relevant experience for Associate level; 2-5 years for Contract Specialist level Understanding of contract law and investigator grant negotiation principles Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and CRO involvement Strong written and verbal English communication skills Proficiency with automated systems and computerized applications Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities
