Caulk ¼ round on tub and shower and trim chimney box. Touch up stain and paint. Plug sinks. Touch up doors, grout, and interior paint. Close and lock all windows, install drawer label in kitchen drawer left of sink. Make sure house is cleaned, tools and trash are all out of the house before closing it up.
