Cyber Program Manager

Purpose and Impact: Amentum is seeking a Cyber Program Manager to support our U.S. Department of Energy contract. Position will be based in the Washington, D.C area.Work Schedule: 5 days, 8hrsEssential Responsibilities: Provide management and oversight for Cyber Intelligence (CI) contract supporting U.S. Department of Energy.Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):15+ years managing large federal cybersecurity, intelligence, or IT modernization programs.10+ years managing DOE, DoD, Intelligence Community, or National Laboratory contracts.Experience leading programs valued at $25M–$100M+ with multidisciplinary teams.Proven experience managing cybersecurity operations, engineering, cloud modernization, SOC, incident response, or Zero Trust initiatives.Demonstrated success managing staffing, recruiting, retention, subcontractors, financial performance, quality assurance, and executive customer relationships.Strong understanding of NIST 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and Zero Trust Architecture.PMP required.CISSP strongly preferred.Experience briefing SES, Laboratory Directors, or Flag Officer-level leadership.Security Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI or DOE Q clearance#javelinThis position is not designated as a safety sensitive position.As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, Amentum is a drug-free workplace and requires all personnel to comply with company drug and alcohol policies as a condition of employment.
