• 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Fri–Sun)

Adecco is currently hiring Fiberglass Production Technicians / General Labor Associates for a growing automotive manufacturing facility . This role supports the production of fiberglass automotive components through hands-on fabrication, finishing, and material handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Technician / General Labor Associate , you will:

• Assist with fiberglass manufacturing processes , including preparation and handling of materials

• Perform assembly, trimming, sanding, and finishing of automotive parts

• Load and unload fiberglass components throughout production

• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure product standards are met

• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

• Support additional general labor and production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, fiberglass, or general labor preferred

• Ability to work night shift schedules (10-hour or 12-hour shifts)

• Comfortable with physical work, lifting, and repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to follow safety standards and production instructions

Pay Details: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour
