Maintenance Assistant

**HIRING IMMEDIATELY**
Shift: Full-time, between hours 8 am - 5 pm, weekend shifts available
Pay: $17.00/hour, $800+ referral bonus available, paid holidays.
- Inspect guest rooms to identify items to be repaired.
- Repair damaged or broken furniture, fixtures, equipment, both indoors and outdoors.
- Keep grounds, pool and public areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Assist housekeeping and inspect rooms, as needed.
- Paid Vacation and Holiday Pay. Vacation time accrues daily!
