Lead a multi-talented team

• Identify and nurture 5-Star talent to create a top-performing team

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of one year store management experience, preferably in foodservice
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety procedures
• Flexible work availability

You're willing and able to:

• Stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to adhere to Wendy's Food Safety, Cleaning, Guest Satisfaction and Friendliness Standards
• Handle varying weather conditions
• Operate restaurant equipment efficiently
