Warehouse Operative

Warehouse, Property Management, Delivery Driver & Field Assistant Location: Dryden, New York Employment Type: Part-Time (30-40 hours per week) Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience - DOE Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team in a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, delivery driving, and property maintenance. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment while managing a variety of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory. Operate forklifts and lift gates safely and efficiently. Load delivery trucks and transport materials to job sites. Receive supplier deliveries, verify orders, label products, and store materials in the warehouse. Prepare and stage materials for daily installer use. Perform property maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, and snow removal. Assist with general building maintenance, including painting, light carpentry, electrical work, and other facility repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Ability to repeatedly lift 70-100 pounds. Valid driver's license (CDL not required). Forklift experience preferred. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills. Experience operating property maintenance equipment and tools is a plus. HVAC and/or electrical experience is a plus. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Availability: Must be available to work occasional weekends as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
