RN - Specialty Procedure II

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) manages nursing care in the cath lab and interventional radiology, supporting hospital operations with energy and motivation. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement personalized care plans, coordinate and document interventions, evaluate patient progress, and modify care accordingly. Provide patient education, assist physicians, and ensure safety and infection control standards. Deliver high-quality, courteous service, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality. Participate in quality improvement activities, adhere to safety protocols, and provide age-appropriate and specialized high-risk care, including restraint management and pain assessment. Support team collaboration and demonstrate professional accountability. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma from accredited school, valid RN license, minimum one year medical-surgical experience (critical care preferred), and certifications in BLS and ALS. Physical ability to lift significant weight, work in varied conditions, and handle emergencies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure risks. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills required.
