Job Details Job Location: Chariot Run Golf Club - Laconia, IN 47135 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Skilled Labor - Trades Position Overview The Mechanic oversees the daily operations of equipment maintenance for the golf course. Essential Functions Complete daily, weekly, and as-needed service to equipment and water treatment facility. Keep maintenance records. Maintain supplies and inventory for maintenance operations. Troubleshoot problems that arise in the golf course and club. Evaluate equipment and recommend maintenance, updates, and replacement as needed. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or needs of the club. Requirements High school diploma or GED Vo-tech or service training Experience with all types of engine repair, hydraulic systems, mower maintenance, and troubleshooting. The employee must be able to sit for long periods of time while driving golf course equipment. Work Environment This position will require regular exposure to the outdoors.
