What You’ll Do Prepare and cook menu items to our highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately Support your kitchen teammates and make sure every guest leaves happy What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for food and the craft behind it 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience (culinary degree or comparable experience welcome) Confident knife skills and comfort working a busy line Working knowledge of Department of Health food safety standards Strong organization and a process-oriented mindset A hands-on, team-first attitude — you jump in before anyone has to ask Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow — kindness is on the menu here, too Pay Hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings — yes, BOH gets full tips!
