As a global leader in premium metal payment cards and fintech solutions, we combine innovation with craftsmanship to deliver exceptional products for the world's leading financial institutions.We're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for excellence and innovation.Position OverviewThe overall responsibilities of this position will be for all company locations to develop, implement, monitor and revise as necessary, all aspects of the company accountability auditing procedures to ensure compliance with requirements stipulated by PCI (Plastic Card Industry) physical security requirements required by secure card issuance authorities, i.e., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc. Due to the nature of this position, only the strictest of confidentiality will be tolerated.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads the accountability team within the accountability auditing operationsEnsure staff is trained in all aspect of the accountability operationEnsure physical security PCI auditing compliance for the designated shiftMaintain all auditing policies, procedures, and practicesOversee the secure card auditing system while maintaining a full traceability system of all secure card products for the shiftEnsure the integrity of all work-in-progress, finished goods, and destruction of secure materials.Ensure corrective actions are taken for auditing miscounts to and from all clients and vendors. Report all actions to the Card Auditing SupervisorMaintain communications with the Management team through a monthly reporting systemWill consistently maintain a level of confidentiality for all accountability related mattersWill assist in providing audit documentation prior to and during all PCI auditsOther Important ResponsibilitiesTimely corrective action response and resolution to all card security situations.Engage and support companywide safety and cleanliness programs.Handle related email correspondence and fill in on follow-ups when other Auditing Leads are absent (as needed).Will operate as a Card Accountability Auditor when necessaryCommunication of all Safety and Security policies, procedures and practices are maintained at all locations for consistency where applicable.As part of the EMS- Environment Management System, will meet compliance obligations and accountability by contributing but not limited to the company's recycling guidelines, proper waste and other environmental performance practicesWill be required to perform other job functions, as assignedQualifications5 years of experience banking or an accountability related function preferredAbility to relate to employees and understand their needs and must maintain a level of confidentialityExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenStrong attention to detail and ability to self-check own workExcellent time management skillsTask oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work loadEnthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative and innovative;Excellent problem-solving skills; andHigh level of computer literacy including working knowledge of MS Office Suite.Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentMust be able to lift 50 lbs;Must be able to sustain office work for 8+ hours per day including the following: Sitting in an office chair, Typing, Reaching for the telephone, Standing at office equipment, Hearing for phone use, Sight for computer useMust be able to sustain factory work as needed including the following: Standing at machinery, Reaching and pulling to operate machinery, Sight for machinery operation, Walking through shopOffice environment is of moderate noise level.Shop noise levels are such that protective ear-coverings are recommended.CompoSecure offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who are shaping the future of financial technology.Pay Range $19.38 - $31.01 HourlyOffers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.CompoSecure is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
