Bilingual Internet Support Specialist

Jobtailor in Arizona is seeking a customer service professional to troubleshoot wireless, fiber internet, and phone services and deliver consistently high-quality support to customers. You will collaborate with internal teams, identify recurring issues, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
