Location: Northeast Houston.
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour (based on experience).
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM Start.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC laser and plasma cutting machines.
• Position, align, and secure materials for precise cutting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings.
• Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of CNC laser and/or plasma cutting experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of shop drawings and production requirements.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and Windows-based systems.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and focused on meeting production goals.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Industrial, non-climate-controlled setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout the shift.
• Frequent lifting and movement of materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb on and off equipment safely.
• Comfortable working outdoors when required.

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Monday-Friday schedule with a 7:00 AM start.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work available based on production needs.
