Neurology Physician, Texas Growing regional hospital with over 400 providers, new 39‑bed ICU, Cancer Center, and 5 da Vinci robotic systems. Affiliated with Mayo Clinic. Overview Neurology position in a busy, technology‑driven facility offering on‑site diagnostic services, including an infusion suite, nerve conduction testing, EEG & EMG. Neurologists read their own EEGs and participate in tele‑neuro Stat consults. On call days, physicians round on hospital patients. Epic EMR is used for documentation. Duties Join a team of 4 neurologists retiring soon. No on‑call coverage (Monday‑Friday, 4.5‑day clinic work week). Contribute to a new Stroke Program and expanding NeuroHospitalist team. Diagnose and treat diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. Utilize on‑site diagnostics: infusion suite, nerve conduction, EEG & EMG. Read own EEGs; handle Stat consults via tele‑neuro; round on patients during scheduled on‑call days. Maintain accurate records in Epic EMR. Package $90,000 sign‑on bonus. Competitive salary plus bonus structure. Year‑1 earning potential $700,000‑$900,000 (includes RVU & quality bonuses). Stipend for residents/fellows. PTO. Health, dental, and vision coverage.
