Senior Project Manager, Client Onboarding

What you will do: As a senior project manager, you are responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects that impact a client organization. Planning: You will develop detailed project plans, set deadlines, and manage schedules. Budgeting: You will manage financials and ensure projects are completed within budget. Team management: You will build and motivate teams to meet project goals. Risk management: You will identify and mitigate risk to ensure projects are delivered on time. Communication: You will communicate with clients and stakeholders about the status of projects. Quality control: You will ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. Reporting: You will be responsible for reporting on project success, metrics, and deployment activities. Collaboration: You will collaborate and work with multiple teams across the organization. You should have excellent facilitation, organization, and coordination skills, and be able to work well in uncertain circumstances and provide solutions. Through attending and participating in IMS and corporate professional development sessions, you will acquire tools to identify processes across the division and organization, and have the opportunity to partner with a diverse team and grow your career. What we need from you: BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 8 years of business analysis and/or project management experience. Private Equity experience is a plus. Knowledge of the financial services industry, security markets and investment types. Ability to interact and build effective working relationships. Demonstrated ability to function in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity working environment with multiple and diverse responsibilities. Ability to analyze issues quickly and independently and take appropriate action under tight time constraints. Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on additional responsibility quickly. Self‑motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills; you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls. Strong customer service skills; you will be communicating daily with internal and external clients.
