Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General in the Richmond, Virginia area. This position involves performing ultrasound procedures within a Perinatal Center. The role requires a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting and is suitable for candidates who are flexible, customer-focused, and team players.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including ARDMS and OB/GYN certification, BLS certification, 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, and relevant education or degrees. Candidates must be located in or able to work at the specified location.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of fetal echo, NTQR certification, and experience with first trimester BPP, Dopplers, fetal anatomy, and OB complete procedures.
• Additional Information: The unit is a Perinatal Center with approximately 30 staff members, including 10 sonographers. The typical patient ratio is 10-12 patients per tech per day. The equipment includes E 8 s and E 10 s, with the EMR system utilizing Viewpoint. The unit emphasizes a flexible, customer-focused, and team-oriented personality fit. The dress code is navy blue scrub color.
