- Hourly Pay Rate: $37.86 (plus based on experience)
- Pay Package: Pay package discussed upon application
- Benefits: Relocation allowance up to $2,500 (receipts required), sign-on bonus between $1,000 and $5,000 (paid upon first pay period), additional bonus of $2,000 after 1-3 years of employment
- Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Document patient progress accurately using Meditech charting system
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and professional standards
- Participate in weekend rotation approximately every 4-5 weekends (if applicable)
- Follow professional dress code in scrubs of any color
Required:
- Valid Kansas Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or SNF settings
