The strategic locations of our facilities help us supply high-quality products around the world, timely at optimal costs.The role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations including picking finished goods, inventory management, receiving and shipping activities, and maintaining accurate records in SAP. The position also supports logistics operations including product movement between plant locations and shipment of replacement vaporizers to customers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPicks finished goods from warehouse racks using a forkliftUses SAP via RF and/or applicationMoves product to and from the plant using a company box vehicleAssists in receiving operations including unloading trucks, verifying shipment accuracy, completing receiving documentation, and moving materials into proper storage areasPerforms receiving, labeling, warehousing and stock rotation of materialsPerforms daily cycle counts of inventory ensuring accurate warehouse inventory KPI levels are metMaintains knowledge of inventory cycle counts to ensure company KPI levels for accuracy are achievedKeeps shelves, pallet areas and workstations neat; sweeps, dusts and mops the areaOrganizes warehouse and work area to maintain orderliness at all timesPackages and ships replacement vaporizers to customersReceives inbound materials into SAPPerforms other duties as assignedKey Competencies (knowledge, skills, and abilities every person must possess to be successful)Interpersonal skills (oral and written) to lead, develop and motivate frontline team membersTeam player with a "can do" attitude and ability to overcome obstacles to deliver successful outcomesKnowledge of transit time, domestic and foreign transportation laws, DOT, IATA, Customs, and intermodal requirementsEducation/Experience1–3 years of warehousing experience requiredSAP and RF experience preferredHolds a valid DOT Health Card or ability to obtain DOT Health CardForklift certified to operate and lift up to 25 feetPhysical Demands:Reporting to this position: N/ATravel: N/AGeneral Oversight and Direction:Receives moderate to limited supervision working from objectives set by Manager.
