Job Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to members through phone, email, and digital channels while building strong relationships and creating positive member experiences. Process account transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently, including transfers, loan payments, account maintenance, and other member inquiries. Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals while contributing to organizational growth objectives. Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and security standards. Collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing learning opportunities, and represent FCCU in a positive and professional manner. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 6 months of customer service experience in a financial institution or related environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for helping others. Proficient computer and multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
