Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales statistics, monitor field activity, and conduct performance evaluations.
Relationship Management: Build relationships with key clients and maintain consistent brand/marketing standards across locations.
Operational Oversight: Manage territory budgets, inventory requirements, and product launches. Required Skills and Qualifications Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and team coordination.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typic
