Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a top entertainment company out of their offices in Los Angeles, CA!



Responsibilities:

• Coordinates administrative needs for the digital asset management platform
• Coordinates administrative requirements to support International Market Research requests
• Works with Managers and Exec Director to establish localization schedules
• Supports Managers with all schedules pertaining to vendor deliveries
• Provides continuous communication with individual distribution offices for specific territory requirements
• Provides quality assurance reviews of English source assets and localized marketing materials as needed
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities across multiple global campaigns
• Reliable follow-through on small but critical tasks; strong attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software
