We are looking to add a partner to our primary care team in our  physician-owned, multi-specialty group  due to upcoming retirements.

Youll have the freedom to  shape your practice :

• Choose  outpatient-only or  traditional practice if desired
• Focus on patients ages 18+ we have a strong pediatric team in place
• Monday - Friday: no weekend requirements 
• Most physicians work a 4.5 day workweek , so patients have access 5 days a week
• See approximately 1820 patients per full clinic day
• Phone call is minimal and triaged , allowing you to prioritize balance
• Opportunity to pursue special interests and engage with students and residents
• Opportunity to pick up extra shifts in urgent care on weekends if desired

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified (AB or AOA)
• Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $280,000 - $375,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity and quality bonuses, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $700,000 .
