Irrigation Technician (MESA)

Job Description We're hiring an experienced Irrigation Technician to support installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems. You'll work with high-performing crews and help deliver quality results for local clients. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems (clocks, valves, wires, heads, pipes) Perform regular system checks and irrigation assessments on assigned properties Accurately report your materials and hours used Communicate with team leads about repair and enhancement needs Assist with the installation of enhancement irrigation projects What You Bring 2+ years of irrigation experience (commercial preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Experience with all aspects of conventional & 2-wire electrical troubleshooting & repairs Capable of programming and monitoring smart controllers Experience installing and repairing pipes & valves up to 2 inches Dedication to high-quality craftsmanship and making sure the job is done right Irrigation related certifications are a plus Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay (commensurate with experience) 401K with company match Paid holidays and PTO Year-round work Training support and career growth pathways Pay Range $27 - $32 Location Information undefined HeartLand Diversity & Inclusion Statement At HeartLand, we believe in the inherent worth of every individual.
