Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $17.50 per hour $50 Sign‑On Bonus for those with an active Texas Guard Card (paid after 90 days of employment) Part‑time and full‑time positions available 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Short‑Term Disability Critical Care/Hospital Indemnity Complimentary Life Insurance Pet Insurance Legal Assistance/Guidance Identity Theft Protection Paid On‑the‑Job Training Paid Time Off Bi‑Weekly Pay Competitive Compensation Career Advancement Opportunities Continuous Learning Opportunities through LMS Employee Referral Bonus Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Recognition Events Employee Performance Incentives/Rewards Professional Growth and Development Opportunities What You’ll Do ROVER – Vehicle/foot patrols; deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity GATEHOUSE – Access control; greet and identify residents/guests, log vehicles, announce visitors FRONT DESK – Customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements Key Responsibilities Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor and detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Warn violators of infractions (e.g., loitering, smoking, and/or possession of prohibited items) Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries, or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders Identify and report any concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age or older High school degree or equivalent Valid Texas Guard Card Professional demeanor and appearance Basic computer skills Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Minimum of one year of customer service experience Minimum of one year of security experience Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug) Position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods of time Marksman Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Marksman Security
