This role supports production and engineering activities through technical problem-solving, quality improvement, engineering changes, and producibility initiatives through the entire value stream. The engineer will collaborate with operations, quality, procurement, suppliers, and engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while developing expertise in project management, airfoil technical knowledge, and production support. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing producibility projects, supporting production, and driving cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical challenges. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
