The Quality Manager leads the Quality Department, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and partners cross-functionally to ensure quality, operational, and customer satisfaction objectives are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with   ISO 9001/13485, AS9100, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, ITAR, and other applicable customer and regulatory requirements.
• Establish, monitor, and report Quality Department KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions to achieve quality and business objectives.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve quality issues, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manage internal audits, CAPA programs, document control, calibration systems, change management activities, and QMS performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop Quality personnel, host customer and registrar audits, oversee supplier qualification activities, and ensure required training and certifications are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment required , preferably supporting electronics, aerospace, defense, or medical device products.
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment required ; preferably leading a quality team.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001/13485, AS9100, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, control plans, FMEAs, and quality management system (QMS) required .
• Experience leading audits, corrective action programs, supplier quality initiatives, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards strongly preferred. 
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or NADCAP experience preferred.
