About us

Olive Asset Management is the venture capital arm of Noah Holdings (NYSE: NOAH), one of China's largest independent wealth and asset management groups with over $30B AUM globally. Our US entity manages approximately $1.6B focused on venture capital investments.

We're a small, high-trust team — and we're looking for a hands-on Chief Compliance Officer to own our US regulatory function end-to-end. You'll be the named CCO in SEC filings, the primary bridge between our US operations and HQ compliance teams, and a key voice in shaping our compliance culture as we grow.

What you'll own

Regulatory & SEC compliance

• Serve as the appointed CCO in all SEC filings; act as primary contact for regulatory audits and examinations
• Own all SEC compliance filings and reporting — Form ADV, Form PF, and related submissions
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies proactively

Program development & governance

• Build and maintain the US Compliance Manual, Code of Conduct, and Investment/Operational Policies & Procedures
• Design and operate the full compliance program: internal controls, independent testing, AML, recordkeeping, and personal securities trading oversight
• Review and approve all US promotional and marketing materials
• Prepare compliance materials — due diligence memos, conflict-of-interest analyses — for management review
• Conduct regular annual compliance testing and deliver clear remediation plans

HQ partnership & training

• Serve as the US liaison to Noah HQ's risk control and compliance teams, translating US regulatory requirements for both sides
• Deliver compliance training and guidance to US staff on emerging regulations
• Coordinate with third-party systems for personal securities trading and periodic certifications

What we're looking for

Must-haves

• 5+ years of compliance experience at an SEC-registered investment adviser, VC/PE fund, or financial institution
• Working knowledge of SEC regulations applicable to registered investment advisers (Advisers Act, Form ADV, Form PF, AML)
• Experience acting as — or directly supporting — a named CCO in SEC filings
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (oral and written)
• US work authorization required
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, law, or a related field

Strong differentiators

• Prior VC or PE fund experience with cross-border (US–China) compliance exposure
• Track record building compliance programs in lean, high-ownership environments
• Comfort taking on operational projects beyond the core compliance scope
