Intake Nurse (LPN) - Hybrid

We are seeking a Full-time Intake Nurse to work on a hybrid schedule and support our Freehold, NJ market! Ennoble Care values Honoring the patients we serve. Position Responsibilities: Answering phones, receives all referral and intake information. Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval. Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer. Check common working files for Medicare Coverage and verification of benefit period. Perform other duties as directed. Job Conditions: Office setting that will require regular phone usage, sitting, stooping and lifting of office supplies (ex. printer paper stacks). The job requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other related office equipment. Qualifications: High school graduate or GED LPN license Experience in a Home Health Care or Hospice setting preferred Must be computer literate and able maintain simple records Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing Must have at least 3 years of Customer service experience Must have at least 3 years of EMR System experience Starting Pay: $62,500 per year Full-time employees qualify for the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and supplementary benefits such as Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity.
