Strategic Hiring Lead for Youth Programs

YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking a Hiring Coordinator to support youth development programs in Naperville, IL. You will design recruitment strategies, coordinate interviews, and supervise onboarding, background checks, and compliance for new hires across programs with high turnover. The role requires collaboration with Directors and HR, strong communication, and the ability to travel to program sites for hiring and onboarding activities.
