The Montana Trailhead Inn is undergoing a major renovation and exciting brand transition, and we're looking for an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to help lead us into our next chapter.

This is more than a housekeeping position—it's an opportunity to build, lead, and create lasting impact. We're seeking a motivated leader who embraces change, takes pride in excellence, and is excited to help transform a property while developing a high-performing housekeeping team. This is a working position.

$22 - $23 hourly DOE

• Lead, coach, and inspire the housekeeping team
• Establish and maintain exceptional cleanliness and quality standards
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Conduct inspections and ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage schedules, labor productivity, and department operations
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and housekeeping budgets
• Partner with hotel leadership throughout the renovation and rebranding process

• Previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A hands-on leader who leads by example
• Ability to motivate and hold team members accountable
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Someone who sees opportunity in change and wants to help build something great
