Other duties as assigned Qualifications A minimum of 18 years old, eager to embark on a baking adventure. Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand it fluently. Basic math skills, handy for managing recipes and inventory. A pillar of reliability: Always ready and present, demonstrating your dedication and commitment. Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Capable of operating restaurant equipment (age-specific requirements may apply).
