Locums Vascular Surgery or Interventional Radiology coverage in Florida, outpatient procedure only work at an ambulatory surgery center with no call. Start with 1 to 2 procedure days per month, with room to add more.

• Volume target is 8 completed procedures per full day, 10 to 12 preferred.

Schedule

• Initially 1 to 2 procedure days per month, with potential to increase.
• Scheduled hours are 8a to 5p.
• No call.

Cases and Procedures

• Radiofrequency vein ablation.
• Varithena.
• Ultrasound guided access, tumescent anesthesia.
• Venous reflux ultrasound interpretation and related superficial vein treatments.

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO.
• Florida license required
• Board certified in Vascular Surgery, or Interventional Radiology; Board Eligible accepted if within 5 years.
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required.
