CNC Machine Operator (HAAS Preferred)

?? Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

A leading CNC machine manufacturing company in Mineola, TX is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join its production team. This position is responsible for operating CNC equipment, producing precision-machined components, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling and lathe machines to manufacture precision parts
• Set up, load, and monitor machines during production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as needed
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing and warehouse environment , including exposure to varying temperatures throughout the year
• Steel-toe boots are required
• Must follow facility dress code

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operating experience required
• Experience operating HAAS CNC machines strongly preferred

• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
• Manufacturing experience in a production environment preferred
