MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of facilities, maintenance, office services, or related support experience.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, customer service, and basic computer skills with the ability to work independently.

• High school diploma or GED required.

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work in an office and commercial facility environment with frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

• Ability to lift, move, and carry office equipment, furniture, and supplies up to approximately 50 pounds.

• Perform routine inspections of office spaces, mechanical areas, lighting, and building systems.

• Operate standard office equipment and assist with basic computer and workplace technology setup.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift ~ Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–1PM

• May be required to work additional hours, depending on client business needs

• Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

• Employment Type: Part-Time

ROLE IMPACT

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace by supporting daily facility operations, office organization, and basic maintenance activities.
• Success in this role is measured by keeping company facilities operating smoothly, responding proactively to facility needs, and providing dependable support across multiple departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily facility walkthroughs, maintain common areas, monitor building conditions, and complete minor repairs or coordinate maintenance as needed.

• Assist with office moves, furniture setup, equipment relocation, vendor support, and routine facility inspections.

• Support office organization, records management, scanning, filing, and special projects.

• Maintain building supplies, assist with company events, and complete deliveries, pickups, and other office support tasks.

• Inspect company properties as needed and provide flexible support to ensure efficient daily operations.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience supporting office moves, facility improvements, or workplace projects.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
