Business Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Attorney with over 7 years of experience to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of business law matters, from pre-litigation analysis to trial, in a dynamic and growing firm. Duties Handle day-to-day responsibilities for business law matters. Conduct pre-litigation analysis and provide client recommendations. Draft and litigate various business agreements and employment law documents. Manage own caseload with a high degree of initiative. Participate in trials and arbitrations as first chair. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing attorney in business law. Licensed to practice law in Colorado. Experience with corporate and employment law, including drafting and litigating agreements. Knowledge of trial and hearing procedures, including Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Colorado Bar License. Skills Strong initiative and mature judgment. Ability to maintain confidentiality in discussions and negotiations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
