Child Care Center Director
Location: Manasquan, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually

The Learning Experience – Manasquan is seeking an experienced Child Care Center Director to lead our preschool. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about coaching teachers, supporting families, growing enrollment, and creating a positive, high-quality learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily center operations 
• Coach and support teaching staff 
• Drive enrollment and family engagement 
• Ensure licensing compliance 
• Oversee curriculum implementation 

Qualifications:

• Meet New Jersey Director licensing requirements 
• Bachelor's degree, CDA, or equivalent Director qualifications 
• Minimum 12 ECE credits 
• State-required Director credentials 
• Background check
