Responsible for washing dishes and ensuring that the dishwashing and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and meet safety requirements. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, and pot-scrubbing station.

Requirements:- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish-washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physically demanding tasks throughout each shift
- Follow weekly kitchen cleaning as scheduled.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, pots/pans, glassware, and all kitchen areas.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
- Keep all areas clean, dry, and safe for other workers
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
- Dispose of glass in the proper containers.
- Break down cardboard boxes and place them and other recyclables in the recycle bin.
- Dispose of glass and trash in the proper containers.

Qualifications:
- High School or GED preferred, with one (1) year of experience in the cleaning industry preferred.
