Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Long-Term Acute Care setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory standards and nursing best practices

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) or Long-Term Care nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care department
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Experience working in rural or critical access healthcare settings
