The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects, driving innovation, and ensuring the security and efficiency of systems. This role involves close collaboration with executive management and IT staff to achieve the company's IT strategic plan, as well as chairing the IT Steering Committee to align technology goals with organizational objectives. The CTO will also be tasked with monitoring and implementing new and existing technologies, overseeing R&D efforts, and managing the deployment of software, platforms, and infrastructure to meet the company's goals. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, with a minimum of ten years of proven and progressive technical management experience. Strong project management skills, a solid understanding of information security best practices, and the ability to establish strategic technical direction are essential. The role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage a team of IT staff and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
