Automotive TechnicianHendersonville, North Carolina, United StatesNissan of Hendersonville is currently hiring Automotive Technicians where compensation starts at $20 per hour.This position offers:Paid training and certification reimbursementsGreat schedule (2 weekends off each month!)Closed on Sundays!State-of-the-art facilityClean, comfortable, air-conditioned/heated shopOpportunities for career advancementAll levels are welcome to apply, however, A and B-level techs are preferred.Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installationsMaintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repairConduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendationsInspect vehicles according to the state's requirements for emissions and safetyConduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundnessMaintain accurate records for both customer and dealership purposesMaintain a neat work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safetyJob Requirements:Valid driver's license and clean driving recordBackground check/drug testMust be available to work SaturdaysAt least 1 year of automotive technician experienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalentMust have your own toolsCurrent state inspection license is preferred but not requiredPlease submit your resume for consideration and a representative from C.Rice Global (automotive recruiting/staffing agency) will contact you.
