Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Credentials such as Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
• Background in pediatric settings, with prior experience in schools or healthcare preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and relevant technology (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Dedication to individualized support and a collaborative team approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students with communication and language disorders
• Perform screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments to determine individualized needs
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs and treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Consult with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals to support generalization of skills
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
