Orthodontic Assistant

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Orthodontic Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding care. What You'll Do As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll work alongside our doctors and clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience by: Assisting the orthodontist during clinical procedures Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Taking digital radiographs, photographs, and impressions/scans Assisting with bonding, debonding, wire changes, bracket placement, and appliance adjustments Providing patients with oral hygiene and appliance care instructions Sterilizing instruments and maintaining OSHA and infection control standards Ensuring operatories are fully stocked and organized Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family Working collaboratively with the front office and clinical teams to keep the schedule running efficiently What We're Looking For Orthodontic experience Dental Assistant certification preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished appearance Outstanding customer service skills Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Coachable with a desire to continue learning and growing Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Schedule This is a full-time position.
