COSA OFFRIAMO NOI:
Ambiente di lavoro professionale e stimolante, con ottime prospettive di crescita. Contratto di inserimento diretto in azienda (CCNL Multiservizi Industria), 14 mensilità. Orario full-time. Range retributivo (RAL) compreso tra 23-30K. Benefits: Ticket elettronici da 8.26 eur, Fondo sanitario e Fondo previdenziale integrativi di categoria, welfare di 200 euro annuale, due giorni di smartworking a settimana, auto aziendale in pull. Coordinamento squadre cleaning multisito Redazione piani di lavoro (attività e turni) Gestione Assenze/ Ferie/ Malattie Compilazione ordini materiale Controllo qualità.REQUISITI:
Diploma e/o Laurea preferibilmente ad indirizzo tecnico-scientifico Conoscenza normativa su salute e sicurezza Conoscenza cleaning su siti civili ( uffici, retail, GDO) Capacità gestionale risorse dirette Conoscenza certificazioni sulla Qualità Utilizzo di gestionali e tool informatici.COMPETENZE TRASVERSALI:
Capacità di pianificazione Empatia e capacità organizzativa Capacità di rispettare le scadenze Comunicazione efficace Assertività.SEDE DI LAVORO:
