Physical Therapist – Inpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services to patients across assigned units
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using EPIC electronic health records system
• Float within the facility or to nearby affiliate locations as operationally needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in the state of South Carolina at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency or ability to work within EPIC charting system
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local radius rule applies)
• Must be available to work some holidays during the assignment
• Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 5 years before being eligible to return as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior inpatient physical therapy experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Experience floating between units or facilities
