Home Health Nurse (Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem)

We provide services to the pediatric, adult and geriatric populations in Orange County, Osceola County, and Seminole County.

We have immediate openings for RNs:

• For comprehensive assessment of patient at start of care.
• Patient care coordination.

RNs and LPNs to provide:

• Intermittent skilled nursing care for patient in their home.
• Private Duty Nursing For Pediatrics and Adults:
  • 8-hour shifts.
  • 12-hour shifts.
  • 16-hour shifts.

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License.
• AHCA Clearinghouse fingerprinting required.
• Active BLS CPR Certification.
• Home health care experience not required!
