Franchise Paralegal - Compliance & Transactions

BCLP is seeking a Franchise Paralegal in Los Angeles to support attorneys across Corporate, Finance, and Transactions Groups on franchise matters. You will prepare FDDs, manage registrations, and assist with franchise agreements and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years in franchise or corporate law, strong Microsoft Office and document management skills, and experience with multi-state filings.
