About the Role:
EVEN Hotel by IHG in Norwalk, CT is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team! You'll play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that keeps our guests coming back. If you take pride in your work and love making spaces shine, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management
• Respond to guest requests for additional housekeeping supplies or services
• Maintain housekeeping cart and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
• Follow all IHG brand standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, hotel experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout an entire shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and a guest-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
