Responsibilities Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers Contribute to the selling environment through a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer, attending to their needs, and making them feel valued Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion Move dynamically on the floor and communicate with both staff and customers to ensure customer needs are met with product recommendations and curated outfitting Contribute to meeting and/or exceeding all KPI goals and objectives for the store by providing best-in-class service Teamwork and Communication Build positive relationships with peers and contribute to positive team morale Collaborate with team members to ensure superior customer service and support store operations Visual and Business Operations Maintain South Moon Under's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers Support and contribute to the completion of the daily shipment and omni fulfillment processes Have a full understanding of our POS system and provide a seamless customer transaction experience Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain a luxurious environment Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations Perform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job Qualifications and Requirements Experience in customer service Experience being a team player Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical Requirements To perform the essential functions of this job, you must be able to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear. You will be required to occasionally sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. You will be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
