Assistant Director of Nursing

Position: ADON Location: Los Angeles, CA Job type: Full-time Responsibilities include: Supervising and supporting nursing staff Reviewing clinical documentation and care plans Conducting patient assessments and home visits when needed Ensuring compliance with home health regulations and HIPAA Assisting with staffing and scheduling coordination Supporting quality improvement and clinical operations Requirements: Active California RN license Minimum 5 years of nursing experience At least 2 years of leadership experience Experience in home health or case management preferred Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills Ability to travel locally as needed
